Summary

As a Value Stream Manager, you'll oversee manufacturing teams to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost. You'll oversee teams of manufacturing professionals or complex operations teams. You'll ensure performance and results are achieved, develop efficient workflows, and lead through influence.

Primary Responsibilities

• Hiring, training, and managing operations team members to build a high-performing team.
• Managing operations teams to achieve operational goals and objectives.
• Developing and implementing operational policies, procedures, and efficient operational workflows.
• Leveraging daily visual management to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, as well as industry standards.
