Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Program Manager for Contract Support and Market Outreach to join our team! In this role you will lead the strategic planning, implementation, and management of high-visibility programs, with a particular emphasis on market outreach and stakeholder engagement. This role requires a dynamic leader who can balance technical program delivery with targeted outreach to community, business, and industry stakeholders. The Program Manager ensures all project milestones are met on time, within scope, and in alignment with mission of providing safe, reliable services.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage program strategies and objectives.
• Supervise project managers and analysts.
• Monitor program performance and risk mitigation.
• Serve as liaison to leadership and external agencies.
• Oversee budget planning and resource allocation.
