This role supports the Individual Health & Medicare Concierge to deliver a VIP customer experience. The position assists with administrative support, servicing existing and new client relationships, and marketing functions for the book of business.
The ideal candidate will be licensed and certified (Medicare and AHIP). This role offers flexibility, an opportunity for professional development, and the chance to work closely with seasoned insurance professionals in a collaborative, service-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions :
Client & Application Support
- Assist in preparing and submitting Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plan applications.
- Support pre-appointment preparation by reviewing Scope of Appointment forms and Medicare Needs Analysis documents.
- Follow up on outstanding applications to resolve errors such as missing information or signatures, and carrier requests.
- Other special projects and duties as assigned within functional / knowledge area.
Administrative Tasks
Leverage and maintain customer service management (CRM) platform and other key platforms to enter, organize, track, and report client data and business.Monitor compliance with CMS marketing and call recording regulations.Organize and track re-certification deadlines for agents.Other special projects and duties as assigned within functional / knowledge area.Marketing & Communication
Help manage and respond to inbound client inquiries and questions, as needed.Support the marketing strategy to drive education and brand awareness through proactive outreach, email campaigns, and phone campaigns.Schedule client appointments and assist in outbound reminders.Other special projects and duties as assigned within functional / knowledge area.Team Support
Participate Q4 and open enrollment planning.Collaborate with internal sales, compliance, and marketing partners, as needed.Partner and support the Individual Health & Medicare Concierge and servicing the existing book of business while cultivating strong client and advisor relationships.Perform phone outreach and handling sensitive personal information.Other special projects and duties as assigned within functional / knowledge area.Job Specifications :
MN Health Insurance license and AHIP Medicare certification, required.2+ years of Medicare experience, required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and SmartOffice, preferred.Personable, approachable with a positive attitude in providing service excellence.Commitment to personal and professional development.Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects; prioritize, triage, and resolve conflict effectively.Ability to work independently with effective time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.Strong and professional verbal and written communication skills.
