We are seeking an experienced Program Manager. The role is expected to provide forward thinking proactive PMO leadership and accountability across a portfolio of process improvement / analytics / robotic process automation management consulting projects while further driving standardization across the engagements.
- Data gathering, scoping, installation / coordinating, training / hand-off and frequent contact with the customer
- Coordinating and managing multiple projects with teams of 2-5 team members on each engagement
- Implementing automations, improving processes, and analytics projects successfully with our teams to ensure overall satisfaction frequent and direct contact with the client
- Standardizing project output and documentation between multiple concurrent projects
- Creating consulting delivery calendars and managing documentation due dates against project plans and timelines
- Coordinating work and deliverables with data scientists, management consultants and robotic process automation developers
- Utilizing research and past project documents shorten cycle times of engagements
- Creating project document templates with the team
- Track and monitor individual project progress
- Issue escalation and management
- Managing project deliverable submissions, approvals and timelines
- Ensuring detailed project action plans and templates are created and used for each project
- Training other team members on use of standardized work products
