Vice President, Real-World Evidence

A company is looking for a Vice President, Real-World Evidence (RWE).

Key Responsibilities

Promote a culture of scientific excellence and collaboration within the RWE team

Lead the design and delivery of real-world evidence studies and mentor team members

Act as a senior advisor to clients, driving project scope and fostering client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

Advanced degree (Masters, Ph.D., M.D., or equivalent) in a relevant field preferred

8+ years of experience in real-world evidence, health outcomes research, or related fields

Proven leadership experience in real-world evidence or related fields within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry

Depth of experience in advanced RWE methodologies and managing senior-level client relationships

Strong business acumen and operational discipline with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
