Are you a seasoned Construction Superintendent with a passion for excellence in ground-up commercial projects? A leading Commercial General Contractor based in Austin, specializes in delivering exceptional results across a range of sectors including K-12, Medical, Office, Public Sector, and Interior projects is looking for a Superintendent to join their team! They’re expanding the team and seeking a talented Construction Superintendent to join them in delivering outstanding projects and exceeding client expectations.

Please note that candidates with Residential / Multi family experience will not be considered*

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all aspects of on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain project schedule and quality standards.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-end finishes and exceptional craftsmanship in every project.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in ground-up commercial construction.
• Possession of OSHA 30 certification.
• Proven track record of managing projects in excess of $10 million.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage on-site teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Contactable references from previous employers or clients.
