Summary

The Test Engineer position at Crestron plays a key role in the design and development of production test systems used in our electronics manufacturing facilities. This role is responsible for creating test plans, designing test equipment, selecting and procuring instrumentation, developing fixtures, supervising the assembly of test systems, implementing automation, writing procedures, and deployment / sustaining support. The ability to analyze digital electronic products and determine appropriate test strategies to verify hardware functionality is essential. Strong electrical engineering knowledge is critical.

Compensation and Benefits

Per applicable state requirements, the annual pay range for this position ($75,000 - $107,000) which consists of base salary (subject to performance), reflects the hiring range for candidates. Also note, an individual's offer may vary from this range as it may be impacted by additional factors, including but not limited to the candidate's hiring location, qualifications, experience, and market factors.
