Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and system inspections to ensure proper operation.
• Accurately document service activities, materials used, and customer interactions.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding system status, repair options, and recommendations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism on every job site.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service calls.
• Collaborate with coworkers and dispatch team to ensure efficient service routes and customer satisfaction.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain required safety certifications.
