Client Success Lead

Client Success Lead Spectrum Billing Solutions is an industry-leading Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) company for healthcare organizations.

We are looking for a Client Success Lead to join our growing team.

This is a remote or office / home hybrid position.

Responsibilities include :

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client communications.
• Assist with new client implementations.
• Work cohesively with internal Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team.
• Maintain understanding of RCM functions and workflows.
• Serve as client partner and liaison while effectively collaborating with team members.
• Identify needs of clients and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in meetings with new and existing clients.
• Attend company-wide and team-specific meetings.
• Requirements 1-3 years of client relationship management experience. 1-3 years of Healthcare and / or RCM experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-starter, comfortable in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented and takes pride in delivering quality work.
• Demonstrated skills in delivering results.
