Key Responsibilities
Own the full-cycle recruitment process for Strategy & Operations roles
Proactively source candidates and build a robust talent pipeline
Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments while collaborating with hiring managers
Required Qualifications
Proven experience recruiting for and filling non-technical positions
Passion for providing an exceptional candidate experience
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Familiarity with early-stage hiring challenges is a plus
Experience recruiting within the creator economy or digital marketing is a bonus
