WHAT IS GREAT ABOUT THIS STAFF ACCOUNTANT OPPORTUNITY?

• DIRECT HIRE
• Onsite
• Monday Friday 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM flexibility as needed!
• $50,000 to $60,000 depending on experience

DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE STAFF ACCOUNTANT POSITION ?

• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in accounting OR equivalent experience
• Could consider a new grad with no experience!
• Payroll, general ledger, financial statements, review experience preferred
• Excel experience needed
• Great communication and teamwork skills

WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?

As the Staff Accountant, you will get to wear many hats in this position. In this role, you will process payroll, complete financial reporting, financial statements, month-end close, and review and approve accounts payable invoices.

AS THE STAFF ACCOUNTANT, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE :

• Payroll processing
• Review and approve accounts payable checks and invoices
• Create financial statements and complete financial reporting
• Payroll taxes and sales and use tax
• Month-end close responsibilities
