A company is looking for an Account Manager to join their post-sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage renewals and upsells for a high volume of accounts, identifying expansion opportunities
Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and mitigate retention risks
Lead contract negotiations and maintain accurate forecasts using Salesforce
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in SaaS post-sales account management or renewals management
Proven success in managing a large renewal portfolio (50+ opportunities per quarter)
Experience in value-based selling and consultative relationship management
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM
Experience working with Legal and internal stakeholders on contract terms and pricing discussions
