Corporate Finance Analyst

A company is looking for a Corporate Finance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Provide business insight on free cash flow performance to senior leaders, including leading monthly and quarterly reviews

Partner with Treasury and other Finance teams to enhance free cash flow model and processes

Develop intrinsic valuation to inform Share Repurchase Program and support other FP&A rhythms

Required Qualifications

5+ years of financial / analytical experience in tech or Big 4 accounting firms, preferably in SaaS and Free Cash Flow management

Strong financial modeling skills in Excel / Google Sheets

Understanding of GAAP accounting principles and financial statements

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Finance, Accounting, Economics); MBA and / or CFA is a plus
