Temple University's College of Liberal Arts is looking for a Program Coordinator
Position Summary :
Responsible for financial, administrative, and regulatory management of federally funded studies on risk for adolescent depression and bipolar disorder. The Program Coordinator is essential for ensuring the compliant and efficient operation of all grants and contracts associated with the Mood & Cognition Lab at Temple University. Primary responsibilities include developing and maintaining accurate budgets and accounting records; and arranging to secure and pay vendors. The Program Coordinator will have primary responsibility for all regulatory and compliance oversight of the projects, including developing, maintaining, and renewing Institutional Review Board (IRB) and Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC) protocols and monitoring ; ensuring full staff personnel complianc e; and serving as the primary liaison between the lab and key university offices and departments. The Program Coordinator also oversees and coordinates the full cycle of staff management, including hiring, supervision, payroll, and timekeeping, and coordinates travel accommodations for the Principal Investigator (PI).

Salary Range : $41,250 - $63,538
