Field Service Technician - CNC Install and Repair

Our Service Engineers contribute to the success of Hartwig by keeping our customers' CNC machine tools running at peak operating levels. The customers we serve in Omaha are in a variety of industries and rely on the Hartwig team to repair, inspect and troubleshoot their equipment. Main responsibilities of this full-time role based in Omaha include :

What will you do :

• Conducts high quality, efficient and timely repair and installation of CNC machines
• Recommend modifications and improvements to machines, equipment and processes
• Train and instructing customers on service, repair and proper installation
• Use software and electrical tools to find damaged work parts and identify permanent solutions to repair computer-controlled machines and accessories
• Ability to complete necessary tasks in our service software and timecard system daily
• Travel to customer sites, usually within 3 hours from home, with occasional overnight travel
