Pricing Supervisor

A company is looking for a Pricing Supervisor or Associate Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee pricing work for the auto product and manage team development

Ensure adequate pricing of the auto product and modernize processes

Oversee recommendations for state product design, rating factor relativities, and rate levels

Required Qualifications

A minimum of six years of analytical property casualty insurance experience or related professional experience

OR a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related field with a minimum of three years of relevant experience

Prior leadership or mentorship experience

Pricing experience or product knowledge of personal lines auto

Strong desire and capability to develop people and drive results
