Family owned, Aerospace Manufacturer is in search of a qualified, friendly and detailed Accountant to join our team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• All Accounting duties (AR, AP, Financials, General Ledger, Payroll, Banking, Tax, 401k, Commissions Preparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations.
• Contributing to the development and review of annual operating budgets.
• Maintaining documentation for accounts payable, purchasing, and treasury and conducting internal audits.
• Working with Managers on Budgets and other projects and with our Outside CPA Firm.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Good Oral and written communication skills.
• Able to multitask and detail oriented
• Able to work 40 plus hours a week Monday thru Friday in office
• Proficient with MS Office( Excel a MUST ) and Adobe .

Education & Experience

• High School / Collge Education with 5 years accounting background
• Drug Free-Tobacco Free-Vape Free Environment
• Required to pass a background test and drug screening
