Asset types and roles

We are seeking talented and driven property management professionals to join our dynamic team at JLL. We are responsible for overseeing a portfolio of commercial real estate assets, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction. This portfolio encompasses a diverse range of asset types, each presenting unique opportunities :

• Office

From high-rise corporate headquarters to suburban office parks, you'll manage spaces that drive business productivity. This involves optimizing workspace efficiency, implementing smart building technologies, and creating environments that attract and retain top-tier tenants.

Enclosed malls, open-air shopping centers, or mixed-use developments—curating an optimal tenant mix, organizing promotional events, and adapting to the evolving landscape of brick-and-mortar retail.

Overseeing warehouses, distribution centers, or manufacturing facilities with a focus on operational efficiency, safety compliance, and adapting spaces to meet modern supply chain needs.

Hospitality-inspired services including tenant engagement, amenity management, food and beverage solutions, fitness and wellness, as well as conference / event sales and marketing. Roles include community managers, concierges, event sales and marketing managers, account managers, and more.

Responsibilities

Across all asset types, property management roles involve tailoring management strategies to meet the needs of each property and its stakeholders. You'll leverage JLL's global resources and innovative technologies to drive performance, while staying attuned to local market dynamics and evolving trends in each sector. You'll have opportunities to develop a broad skill set, specialize in areas of interest, and grow your career in multiple directions within the commercial real estate industry.

Compensation and Location

Estimated total compensation for this position : per year. The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
