Director of Analytics

A company is looking for a Director of Data Analytics to lead and scale their analytics organization. Key Responsibilities Oversee and grow a team of managers and data analysts while maintaining high performance standards Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy that aligns teams across the organization Guide the analytics product team in developing new capabilities for healthcare verticals Required Qualifications 10+ years of analytics / data science experience, particularly in healthcare and revenue cycle management 5+ years of management experience, including 2+ years managing managers Proficiency in SQL, Python, and statistical analysis with hands-on experience in modern data stacks Bachelor's or Master's in an analytics or data science related field; advanced degree preferred Demonstrated success in building and launching analytics products that drive business value
