Responsibilities
This role is responsible for developing and executing a referral development strategy aimed at increasing referral volumes and revenue within a defined region.
The position focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with referring providers and facilities, both internally and externally.
This includes strategic planning, marketing implementation, barrier resolution, and collaboration with operational teams.
The individual will lead business-to-business outreach efforts, develop quarterly sales plans driven by data, and track performance through detailed reporting and the use of CRM tools.
The role serves as a key liaison to enhance referral integration and provider relations across the healthcare system.
