Senior Logistics Coordinator
CRG has launched a search for one of our large, growing, global logistics clients located in the Charlotte, NC area. Our client, a leader in their industry, is seeking an experienced logistics professional to join their team.
This role, which will support both international and domestic clients, focuses on providing premier customer service to both internal and external stakeholders by communicating updates, identifying root causes, and tracking analytics to ensure quality service is provided.
Internally, this role will provide support to operations and dispatch, by identifying issues in the supply chain, and externally, provide customers with relevant updates regarding their shipments.

Location : Charlotte, NC
Schedule : HYBRID, Monday-Friday 8-5 OR 9-6

Responsibilities :
- Ensure smooth execution of shipment lifecycle by working closely with customers / truckers and internal support groups to achieve customer satisfaction goals through proactive and / or reactive issue resolution ownership.
- Manage accounts with high business impact in terms of volume and / or revenue and high complexity.
- Serve as point of escalation to resolve customer queries / issues
- Actively prevent service failures and collaborate with stakeholders to implement countermeasures when necessary.
- Identify the root cause when targets are not met and implement solutions by working closely with stakeholders.
- Build rapport with and manage vendor performance related to customers cargo to ensure timely cargo delivery.
- Understand and be familiar with KPIs and act in line with set targets.
- Drive continuous improvements to remove waste and lower costs for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Always perform in a manner consistent with and loyal to the company's values.
Qualifications :
- College degree OR 2+ years of functional international logistics / dispatch experience.
- Strong customer-centric approach to work
- Ability to multi-task and prioritization skills
- MS Office skills
- Communication skills
