Job descriptionAre you an enthusiastic leader with a flair for animal care? We are seeking a dynamic Dog Daycare and Boarding Kennel Manager to oversee operations at our two bustling locations. This is your chance to work in a rewarding environment where you'll lead a dedicated team, ensuring dogs receive the love and attention they deserve while maintaining our high service standards. Lead and Inspire : Manage, inspire, and train a team of dedicated staff to deliver outstanding animal care and customer service. Develop engaging activities for our dogs, ensuring their safety and happiness at all times. Implement and uphold high standards of care, facility cleanliness, and safety across both locations. Build strong relationships with pet parents, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with a personal touch. Oversee scheduling, booking, and inventory, ensuring smooth business operations and guest satisfaction. Develop and execute strategies to grow our client base and increase community involvement. Enjoy the dynamic and rewarding experience of working weekends, ensuring consistent care and connection with our clients and their pets. Proven leadership experience with a talent for teamwork and motivation. Previous animal care experience, preferably in a kennel or daycare setting. Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. A deep love for animals and a commitment to their care and happiness.
