Key Responsibilities
Partner with the Production Hiring Team to define sourcing strategies and hiring needs
Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify potential candidates
Build and maintain talent pools while managing external recruiting partnerships
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
5+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent research for a sales organization
Proficiency with sourcing tools and techniques such as LinkedIn and ATS
Experience in competitive intelligence or workforce analytics
Previous experience in the insurance industry is a strong plus
Ability to manage a high workload while delivering results
