Job descriptionWe answer all phones and take reservations offsite, so you can spend more time in our club conversing with guests. Youre educating our guests on the benefits of joining our membership-based mens grooming club You love the challenge of meeting retail and membership sales quotas Youre playing bartender, offering our guests beverage selections at our complimentary top-shelf bar Youre completing all of our extensive sales and personal development training programs to be your best Im extroverted I love starting up a fun conversation I have lots of energy Im passionate about sales I love showing up looking my best Health insurance available for all full-time employees 401(k) plan offered (non-matching) Paid Time Off (Nevada) : Accrual rate of 0.01923 hours of PTO for each hour worked Exclusive retail discounts and one complimentary service per month Closed on Sundays to ensure a healthy work-life balance! In addition to great benefits, experienced full-time Sales Concierges with track records of success can earn up to $14 / hour starting pay, plus commissions. Less experienced and / or part-time candidates should still apply and will still receive competitive hourly pay and growth!
