We're hiring an Entry-Level Field Service Engineer / IT Support Technician to support our hospitality and corporate real estate operations.
This is a field-based IT role for someone eager to grow into a true Network Engineer / Systems Engineer . You'll work across casinos, hotels, restaurants, and corporate offices , handling everything from firewalls and POS systems to Wi-Fi and conference room AV setups.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site IT support across multiple hospitality and corporate properties.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot firewalls (SonicWall) , switches, and VPNs.
- Support POS systems Wi-Fi networks , guest access, and hotel property management systems.
- Assist with network connectivity (LAN / WAN, satellite links, access points).
- Maintain and support AV systems and conference room technology
- Work directly with the IT Director and senior engineers on rollouts and new projects.
- Use a company-provided vehicle to travel between client sites.
Requirements : Qualifications
1–3 years of IT support experience (Helpdesk Technician, NOC Analyst, or Field Technician).Familiarity with networking, routers, switches, firewalls, and Windows / Linux systemsStrong troubleshooting skills across layer 1–3 networking and hardware repairValid driver's license with a clean record.Excellent communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced environmentsFlexibility and problem-solving mindset; hospitality IT can change hour by hour.J-18808-Ljbffr
