Assistant Dining Room Manager

Overview

University Retirement Community's premier upscale senior living community, is seeking an experienced Assistant Dining Room Manager with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in dining room management or equivalent roles to help lead our front-of-house team in our fine-dining restaurant, upscale casual Bistro, and / or catering program. Table-side service, lead trainer, or supervisor experience is a plus.

We are not a nursing home or typical retirement community. Compensation : $68,640 - $72,000 / annually DOE

Work Schedule : Wednesday - Sunday; 1 : 00pm - 9 : 00pm
