We are working with a high performing and progressive private credit house in New York who are looking to add headcount to the Portfolio Management arm of their investment team.
Responsibilities :
- Manage existing relationships and post-deal portfolio companies through to exit
- Own the relationship with borrowers
- Work hand-in-hand with executives to work through key business milestones and challenges
- Collaborate with teams across the firm and port-co's to achieve shared goals and assess restructuring, runoff and liquidations
- Responsibility for diligence during deal process
- Explore and execute new investment opportunities with existing portfolio companies
Required experience :
- Advanced Excel Skills : Ability to build operational and financial models, correlation, valuation, runoff, liquidation, and various other types of analyses with limited supervision;
- 3 statement financial modelling
- Analysis / monitoring of non-public companies
- Presenting analysis and recommendations to Investment Committee
- Experience of direct interaction with borrowers / portfolio companies
