Senior Provider Relationship Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Provider Relationship Manager to develop and maintain relationships with providers and retail partners.

Key Responsibilities

Manage operational and strategic aspects of provider arrangements and ensure positive adoption of programs

Provide oversight and support for recruitment and onboarding of new network providers

Analyze and resolve complex issues related to provider data and network operations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience

4+ years of experience in a healthcare environment or customer / client services

Proven leadership skills in conflict resolution and strategic direction development

Experience working directly with providers and managing complex issues

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
