Description
Nashville General Hospital is hiring an LPN / RN for Internal Medicine Clinic as a full-time nurse. Day shift available (8 : 00am-4 : 30pm).
The Licensed Practical / Registered Nurse delivers nursing care for adult patients across their life span, and through the use of the nursing process, assesses and documents the effects of care under the supervision a Clinic Nurse Manager.
Works cooperatively with ancillary, nursing, medical and other patient-team personnel to maintain standards for professional nursing practice.
This is a Monday-Friday position working 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm!
LPN / RN) Responsibilities :
- Measure and monitor vital signs
- Help physicians with patient examinations
- Record patient history and personal information
- Administering medications as directed by physicians
- Schedule patient appointments
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Current Practical / Registered Nurse License in the state of Tennessee
- BLS Certification required at the time of hire
