Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Assistant / Interview Scheduler to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts and ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process for our clients and candidates.

Please note : This is a remote position open to candidates currently residing in the United States. Were unable to consider applications from outside the U.S. at this time.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Communicate with candidates to provide necessary information and updates regarding their application and interview process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and interview schedules
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
• Attend job fairs and other recruitment events to promote the company and attract potential candidates
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork and conducting background checks
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
