A company is looking for a Commercial Attorney with IP experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the navigation product team with inbound transactions and licensing agreements

Handle a variety of commercial data, IP, and software licensing agreements

Provide product counseling and support for content licensing deals

Required Qualifications

Prior and recent experience in commercial data, IP, or software licensing agreements

Experience with content licensing deals for maps and supplier agreements

Strong drafting skills

Prior product counseling experience is preferred

Ability to work remotely and commit to 40 hours per week for up to 18 months
