Business Operations Lead

A company is looking for a Business Operations Lead, New Ventures.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and report on key operational metrics and performance trends for new business lines

Support forecasting by analyzing historical data for financial projections

Own clinical team capacity planning for new program launches and ongoing care delivery

Required Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in a strategic analytical role, preferably in consulting, finance, or high-growth startups

Experience in financial analysis and forecasting with the ability to build flexible financial models

Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Sheets, Excel, and data visualization tools

Proactive problem-solver comfortable navigating ambiguity and using AI tools for efficiency

Experience in healthcare / health tech is a bonus
