A company is looking for a Customer Experience Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and provide direction to Customer Care Center agents, monitoring productivity and service levels
Conduct quality checks and provide feedback / training to maintain high standards of accuracy and professionalism
Assist in daily operations, including staffing, training, and performance evaluations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years customer service experience and 1 year in a leadership role
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Experience in phone and written customer support
Understanding of HIPAA policies and procedures
