Job Title : Glass Estimator

Location : Wichita, KS Metropolitan Area (On-Site)

Compensation : $90,000+ annually

Role Overview

The Glass Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate bids, managing project budgets, and overseeing contracts ranging from $1,000 to $250,000. This is a full-time, on-site role in the Wichita, KS metro area, with relocation assistance available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed estimates, bids, and proposals for glass and mirror projects.

Communicate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to clarify project scope and expectations.

Develop and manage project budgets to ensure profitability.

Oversee project schedules, logistics, and completion from start to finish.

Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.

Utilize estimating and project management software to track and report progress.

Qualifications

Previous experience in glass estimating is required.

Proven experience in construction estimating and project management.

Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Demonstrated success in budgeting and cost control.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in the glass and mirror industry is strongly preferred.

Familiarity with Procore software preferred.

Proficiency in GDS Estimating software highly desired.
