Position Overview :
The carpenter is responsible for fabricating, laminating, and finishing large-scale projects.
Responsibilities :
- Fabricate large-scale exhibit environments, executive briefing centers, showrooms, corporate lobbies, and store fixtures
- Manage workload on multiple projects seamlessly.
- Utilize creative problem-solving to find the best approach to the fabrication of each project.
- Maintain accountability for manufacturing the final exhibit outcome.
- Complete projects within the allotted hours assigned to the job.
- Interact with the design-detailing department
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience in the woodworking or cabinet-making industry
- Knowledge of high-end wood fabrications related to furniture, cabinetry, and fixtures fabrication.
- Strong knowledge of woodworking materials
- Possess strong organizational and communication skills
- Consistent attention to detail, and a dedication to excellence
- Ability to work in a cold / warm warehouse environment around moving equipment
- Ability to stand on feet for 6-8 hours per day
- Ability to reach about and below shoulder, push and / or pull, kneel, squat, bend / twist, and climb ladders

- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
