Dental Insurance Coordinator

Responsibilities :

• Verify patients’ dental insurance coverage and eligibility prior to appointments.
• Obtain and document pre-authorizations or pre-estimates as required
• Review and follow up on unpaid or denied insurance claims.
• Maintain accurate and organized patient insurance records.
• Collaborate with the front desk and billing team to ensure smooth scheduling and payment processes.
