Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and personable Denta Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring patients understand their treatment options, feel supported in their decisions, and are guided seamlessly through the financial and scheduling aspects of their care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Present and explain treatment plans and financing options to patients.
• Coordinate patient appointments and follow-up care.
• Ensure patients fully understand proposed treatment, benefits, and risks.
• Collaborate with clinical and front office teams to optimize patient experience.
• Verify insurance benefits and assist with financial arrangements.
• Follow up on pending treatments and reactivation of inactive patients.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in Dentrix Ascend.
