As a Capital Markets Director Str / Org (F) within PNC's Public Finance organization, you will be based in Charlotte, NC, Raleigh, NC, Winston-Salem, NC, Atlanta, GA, New York, NY. Public Finance experience preferred PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Job Description

• Leads originations and structuring activities for a specific capital markets product, strategy, or industry.
• Manages and develops client relationships.
• Works closely with sales team, relationship managers, traders, and other internal service partners to originate and structure capital markets solutions to our clients.
• Provides appropriate solutions based on in-depth assessment of client objectives and market conditions.
• Coordinates the execution of key comprehensive capital markets strategies to maximize sales and new business activity.
• Maintains current knowledge of industry and market developments, deal flow, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensures compliance with policies and regulations.
• Provides coaching to other team members.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary : $88,000.00 $200,000.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business, and / or individual performance.
