Twist 'N Flip Gymnastics Colonie is looking for a Director for our school-age gymnastics program. We are located at 20 Petra Lane #6, Albany, NY 12205. Our ideal candidate is responsible, hard-working, creative, and personable!
This position entails working weeknights and Saturday mornings (about 20-25 hours / week). The pace of work varies between being out on the floor coaching and in the office handling administrative tasks. There is opportunity for advancement within the company for the right candidate!
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Location Director to maintain smooth and efficient daily operations
- Set and continue strategies for growth
- Supervise and assist coaches
- Establish good communication between staff and customers
- Plan and oversee projects and events
