At True Food Kitchen, we pride ourselves on serving great food! Our prep cooks are essential in consistently and efficiently preparing and portioning food, beautifully plating and garnishing dishes, and ensuring food readiness for our guests. Responsibilities include accurately preparing and portioning food, plating, garnishing, and rotating seasonal recipes throughout the year.
