Social Media Channel Manager
Work Location : Hybrid work : Tues-Thurs in the office. Monday & Friday remote
Work Schedule : Normal EST business hours, Monday - Friday
Job Description : The Social Media Channel Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the organic social media platform strategy for a core social media platform, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines. This role involves managing the content pipeline, optimizing performance, identifying new opportunities, and actively participating in real-time trend monitoring and reactive content creation to foster strong community engagement.
Top Skills : 4-6 years of experience in social media / channel management, with a strong focus on short-form video content Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful social media strategies. Experience at large consumer brands, ideally tech experience and / or interest in AI Deep understanding of internet culture and norms across social platforms Pulse on social conversation and trends Collaborative and able to work well x-functionally Detail oriented & highly organized Experience with Sprinklr and native publishing to social media platforms Education : Experience preferred
