About the Role
We are seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager to expand Visions Management's presence across Life Sciences and Corporate Workplace Services accounts. This role is responsible for enterprise-level business development, strategic account growth and sales leadership, with a dual focus on new client acquisition and strengthening existing partnerships.
The ideal candidate is a proven enterprise sales leader with strong financial acumen, who thrives on building trusted partnerships, mentoring internal teams, and driving sustainable growth through tailored solutions and disciplined execution.

Lead enterprise-level sales cycles, from prospecting to negotiation and closing, ensuring profitable contract structures and sustainable growth.
Serve as a trusted advisor by aligning Visions' services with clients' evolving financial, operational and compliance priorities.
Partner with leadership to align enterprise sales strategy with company growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
