This Staff Developer role involves leading technical initiatives, contributing to proprietary applications, and mentoring team members throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities include :

• Participating in daily development activities
• Leading technical initiatives and collaborating across teams
• Making architectural decisions for high-performance applications
• Establishing and improving development frameworks and processes
• Mentoring junior developers and guiding code reviews
• Owning critical applications and supporting client needs

Benefits and Compensation

The estimated salary range is $140,000 to $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
