A company is looking for an Associate Director, Spending Account Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Leads and mentors a team in claims administration, funding reconciliation, and data analysis while driving engagement and growth
Ensures alignment with organizational goals, compliance standards, and fosters continuous improvement
Establishes best practices for claims processing and data integrity while advocating for system enhancements and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in spending account administration or related areas, with leadership experience
Experience with spending account technology platforms, specifically WEX
Subject matter expertise in IRS regulations related to HSAs, FSAs, HRAs, and Commuter Benefits
Proficiency in CRM and project management tools, with strong Excel skills
