Key Responsibilities
Own and execute an outbound-first go-to-market strategy targeting mid-market and enterprise accounts
Lead a team of Mid-Market Account Executives, focusing on metrics-driven outbound culture and personal sales engagement
Design and implement team structures, processes, and best practices to scale outbound revenue growth
Required Qualifications
8-10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles
Proven track record of new logo acquisition through outbound prospecting
Experience as a player-coach, balancing individual and team leadership responsibilities
Familiarity with sales methodologies and tools such as Salesforce and Outreach / Salesloft
Strong understanding of GenAI and its applications in enterprise environments
