Job description
A company is looking for a Residential Mortgage Loan Originator.
Key Responsibilities
Solicit and originate residential mortgage loans through an established book of business and COI network
Maintain and develop existing and new referral sources continuously
Complete quality mortgage applications by analyzing financial and credit data for submission to Loan Processing and Underwriting
Required Qualifications
H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
Bachelor's Degree in Arts / Sciences (BA / BS) preferred
10-11 years of experience in residential mortgage origination required
Thorough knowledge of conventional, FHA / VA, and state agency loan requirements
Proven ability to search out and acquire new business
