Type: Full-time, permanent, direct hire
Work Environment: Onsite
Location (On-Site): Hargett Street, Jacksonville, NC 28540Compensation• Off-Peak: $18/hour
• Peak Season: $21/hour (August–December)Hours of Operation:
• Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (2 shifts available)
• Some Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMShifts:
• Selected during final orientation (multiple options available)
• Consistent weekly schedules, 40 hours/week
• Overtime available during peak seasonWhat You’ll DoYou’ll be the knowledgeable, friendly voice helping customers feel confident in their benefit decisions.Your responsibilities include:
• Assisting customers via phone, email, and chat
• Explaining health insurance benefits clearly and simply
• Comparing plan options and costs to guide customer decisions
• Providing support for new enrollments and annual member reviews
• Navigating multiple computer systems efficiently
• Offering compassionate service that builds trust and confidenceWhy This Role MattersAs a Benefit Enrollment Specialist, you’ll play an important role in helping individuals understand and select the right health insurance coverage. You’ll work exclusively with warm, pre-qualified leads—never any cold calling—and receive paid training, guaranteed hourly pay, and continuous development opportunities.This role offers:
