Position Overview

The Manufacturing Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. This role is crucial in driving continuous improvement initiatives and leading a team to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and regulatory standards in all manufacturing processes
• Monitor and improve quality control processes to maintain product quality
• Oversee supply chain management and inventory control to optimize production flow
• Lead and develop the manufacturing team, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability
• Coordinate with other departments to align production schedules with organizational goals
• Prepare and manage the manufacturing budget, ensuring cost control and resource allocation
• Utilize SAP and ISO 9001 standards to streamline operations and enhance reporting
