The Tennessee Titans are seeking a Benefits & Compensation Coordinator who will play a crucial role in assisting with payroll processes and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will be extremely detail-oriented, proactive, and must handle confidential & sensitive material with integrity.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in preparing, reviewing and processing payroll utilizing Dayforce
• Process employee hires, changes, and terminations in HRIS and benefits platforms
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee benefits & payroll records
• Assist with reporting, managing, and troubleshooting within the HRIS and benefits platforms
• Complete required compliance and reporting requirements such as EEO-1, ACA, etc.
• Respond to employee inquiries and resolve benefits & payroll-related issues
• Proactively investigate and resolve discrepancies related to payroll and benefits
• Review and verify invoices and commission payments for accuracy & completeness
• Perform other payroll and benefits-related activities as assigned
