Commercial Construction Assistant Project Manager

Required Skills & Experience :

• 3+ years of progressive experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager with a Commercial General Contractor.
• Minimum 2-year Associate Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Proficiency in construction management software, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with AutoCAD and scheduling software preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial construction processes, contracts, and best practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
• High level of interpersonal skill, professionalism, and discretion in managing sensitive situations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to lead teams, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Valid driver’s license, in good standing.
